| We now have clarification of some of the rules relating to Honda 4 stroke. Unlike in previous seasons it now appears that Saturday is really a qualification day with the points giving races held on Sunday. This means that the teams now race together on Sunday (thankfully). With one race in the morning and then a second race in the afternoon. The teams line up on two start lines (the second line up being 150 yards behind the first one). The line up was then reversed for the second race to give all boats an equal chance to get valuable points. Hopefully the format is now fixed making it simpler to follow for the remaining races this year. |
