Plymouth hosts Honda Race

Formula 4-Stroke Plymouth will play host to two rounds of the Honda Formula 4 Stroke series. The series has been part of the support bill at previous Class 1 events but this year it will be the main attraction on the 14th and 15th of June. Also due in Plymouth around the 21st and 22nd of June is the powerboat fleet attempting the round Britain race. More details on both events will be posted soon.

WPPA and UIM reach agreement - at last!

Courtesy of thewppa.com Today, 19th of February 2008 in Dubai, in an open and constructive atmosphere the President of UIM, Raffaele Chiulli, and President of WPPA, Saeed Hareb, are happy to announce to the world that an agreement has been signed in order to have the offshore Class 1 professionally managed by WPPA, definitively back into the UIM fold after a long year of absence.

10 boats to race in 2008

Ten boats will line up for the season opener in Doha, Qatar on Saturday, 1 March with several significant changes in driver-throttleman partnerships announced at the Dusseldorf Boat Show.
