As one of the UAE's local stars in the realm of offshore Ahmed Al Suwaidi starts his second season in Class 1 to partner Nadir Bin Hendi in Victory 7.
Having made his competitive debut in wooden powerboats in 1995, Ahmed comes to the team with an impressive track record that includes participation in (as well as Wooden Powerboats) Class 2, Class 3-6ltr and Formula 2000. In 2001 Ahmed took the Class 2 Provee UAE Championship.
In 2004, adding to his list of top podium finishes in over ten years of power boating, Ahmed won the prestigious Cento Milia Italian Race on Lake Como.
